Lozier utilizes continuous improvement processes to make a smaller footprint on the
environment. This is accomplished through activities that ensure regulatory compliance while
promoting pollution prevention and waste minimization. This commitment is demonstrated in
numerous ways:

• Continuously monitoring environmental compliance activities at our facilities and how proposed environmental regulation changes could impact the business.
• Looking for opportunities to conserve natural resources through efficient usage of water, energy and materials.
• Evaluating all chemicals for opportunities to substitute more environmentally-friendly options.
• Looking for ways to reduce, reuse and recycle waste streams generated as part of our business.
• Conducting regular EHS assessments at all of our facilities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and corporate policies.
