Lozier Corporation Privacy Policy

Lozier Corporation (“Lozier”) understands your concerns about privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personally identifiable information. Lozier provides this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of products and services (individually and collectively, the “Services”) through a web site, www.lozier.com (the “Site”). This Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Site. This Policy does not apply to information you provide to any third party service provider(s) related to or whose services are incorporated into the Site (“Third Parties”); information you provide to Third Parties shall be controlled by their respective privacy policies.

In this Policy, the terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to Lozier. The terms “you”, “your”, or “User” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Policy.

Lozier, in its sole and absolute discretion, may change or modify this Policy, and any policies or agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. No revision or update will apply to a dispute which Lozier had actual notice of on the date Lozier posts the changes or modifications. Lozier will notify you of such changes or modifications by posting them to the Site, and your use of the Site or the Services provided through the Site after such changes or modifications have been posted (as indicated by a “Last Revised” date) shall constitute your acceptance of the Policy as last revised. If you do not agree with the Policy as last revised, do not use (or continue to use) the Site or the Services.

What information do we collect?

Lozier collects personally identifiable information from visitors to our site solely on a voluntary basis that may be used to identify or contact you (“Personal Information”). Such Personal Information is collected when you fill out a “contact us” form or sign up to receive our newsletter and/or product offers and may include your name, company name, email address, job title, and/or telephone numbers.

We also collect other non-personally identifiable information that you provide as part of use of the Site (e.g., without limitation, age and individual preferences) (“Non-Identifying Information”).

When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol address, the browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site, access times and dates, and other statistics.

In addition to Log Data, we may also collect information about the device you are using to access Lozier Services, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, geo-location data, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. Check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn more about what information your device makes available to us.

How do we use the information we’ve gathered?

This information is used to operate the Lozier website and to deliver the information and Services you have requested. We may also use your Personal Information to inform you of products or Services available from Lozier unless you notify us you do not want to receive these materials. You may stop receiving such product and Services updates by selecting the “unsubscribe” option available on each email update.

We treat all the information collected at this site as confidential. We will never sell or give your Personal Information (including your email address) to any third party, unless legally required to do so. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Site’s features) to assist us in analyzing how our Site and services are used, or to perform other services (e.g., without limitation, sending postal mail and e-mail, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service). These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf; provided, however, that if you are redirected to a site or application maintained by a third party, the privacy policy of such site or application will control the use of any information you provide.

Lozier may cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including, but not limited to, subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Lozier or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

Lozier may transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger or acquisition.

Your information may be transferred to and stored on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Lozier transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there. Your consent to this Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

How do we protect your information?

Lozier is committed to ensuring your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How do we use cookies?

The Lozier website uses Google Analytics to help analyze visitor behavior to improve the Site. For example, we may look at search terms visitors frequently use in order to identify potentially confusing menu options. Like many analytics services, Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are small text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in a non-personally identifiable form.

Google Analytics stores information about how often users visit a site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. Google Analytics features implemented on the Lozier website include, but are not limited to, Display Advertising (Demographics and Interest Reporting). Display Advertising provides general information about you such as age, gender, and interests, which we also use to improve Site content.

Google Analytics will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics or Remarketing with Google Analytics, you can download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and follow the instructions provided or you can change your ad settings here.  You may also delete cookies from your internet browser by following your browser’s instructions. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Security

We may make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Links to other websites

Our website may contain links to enable you to easily visit other websites of interest. If you choose to click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. Lozier is not responsible for privacy practices or any other website content once you leave the Site. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.
