Dozens of Students with Workforce Development Program ACE Tour Lozier in Learning Opportunity

High school students from the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering ACE Mentorship Program: ACE visited Lozier Wednesday. The students hailing from Omaha Public High Schools Central, South and Beuna Vista, along with high schools in Ralston and Mercy, Nebraska participated in a two week long camp/program where they tour 10 separate businesses and industries. The goal of each visit is to learn about different industries and careers.

Touring Lozier’s operations, Brand Manager Josh Gear and Community Outreach & engagement Manager Ralph Kleinsmith gave the 26 students a tour of Lozier’s Omaha operations. The pair fielded engaging questions from the students while showcasing who we area and what we do.

ACE offers its mentorship program at no cost to the students or their families. The program prioritizes workforce development in the design and construction industry through mentorship with experts and exposure to a variety of career and industry types.
