In its fourth year, the employee-led Lozier Community Grants program supported 50 nonprofit organizations across the country in 2025. These are the 2025 recipient organizations’ stories of impact.
Christian Heady Foundation started after Christian Heady’s fight with Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor cancer ended in 2021. Following his passing, Heady’s parents started the Foundation in 2022 to continue sharing Christian’s strength and courage and support other local children battling cancer find joy in dark times.
The Foundation has helped many kids and their families create lasting memories through purchasing tickets to games, Broadway shows, entertainment parks and more. “We want them to have moments to laugh in and smile about and moments that the kiddos just get to be a kid again,” said Vice President Leslie Heady.
The Christian Heady Foundation will use the Lozier Community Grant to continue easing the stress of this incredibly hard time for the childhood cancer warrior and the family surrounding and supporting them.
