Founded in 1851, the Elkhart County 4-H Fair has grown tremendously through its history. Celebrating its 150th anniversary in 2023, the fair hosts more than 200,000 guests every summer during its 9-day run, showcasing the work of more than 3,800 4-H youth every year.
This month, a number of Lozier staffers aided in the donation and installation of T-System fixtures at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair. The equipment is officially part of the event’s new Community Center add-on, providing the perfect location for the Elkhart County Extension Home Makers to showcase their crafts and creations.

Several Lozier employees and interns partnered to deliver and install the equipment, including Product Manager Doug Krugh, Sr. Engineering Support Specialist Bob Gerzeski, and Middlebury Engineering Interns Lucas Lomax and Ayden Zavala. The fixtures are branded with Lozier stickers and magnets, along with a large banner on display.

Lozier has been a longtime supporter of the Elkhart County 4-H Fair, backing the event through donations and funding from the Lozier Community Grants program for several years. In 2025, Lozier was the First Fair Friday sponsor, with a number of employees on site.
As a First Friday sponsor, Lozier’s booth was stationed right at the beginning of ‘food row’ where several Lozier employees greeted fair-goers, handing out $5 deal flyers and Lozier gear. HR Specialist Sharon Todd thanked Lozier’s volunteers, calling the event and sponsorship special for Middlebury and Lozier. Todd also mentioned the great marketing opportunity with many attendees looking like “walking billboards” with their Lozier merchandise. The Elkhart County 4-H Fair runs through July 26 in Goshen.
