In its fourth year, the employee-led Lozier Community Grants program supported 50 nonprofit organizations across the country in 2025. These are the 2025 recipient organizations’ stories of impact.
Over the past 20 years, Latina youth have built a community of leadership, mentorship, skill-building and sisterhood, thanks to the LIVE Leadership Camp.
Hosted at Creighton University’s Retreat Center in Griswold, Iowa, every June, LIVE Leadership Camp welcomes 40 middle-school-aged girls each summer. Guided by a staff of camp counselors, the girls take part in a series of enriching activities covering team building, fitness, self-reflection and personal development. Several guest speakers visit with the youth, offering tales of success and encouragement for the girls in attendance.

Donations and support keep the camp costs low. In addition, scholarships are offered to the majority of participants. Lozier Community Grant funding supported this accessibility effort, as well as assisting with staff training costs and supplies.
