Executive Advisor Tammy Carlson joined The Work Lab Founder and CEO Chad Mares at the HR Nebraska State Conference Wednesday. For many years, Carlson led HR efforts at Lozier and collaborated with Mares to stand up The Work Lab, a WorkLife Coach program, which brings in on-site support and resource navigation for employees.

At the HR Nebraska State Conference, the pair talked about the benefits of a resource for employees that were regularly on site but was not HR nor tied to the employer. The session continued to share how employers are investing in relational programs, with the Work Lab providing a consistent coach to build trust and relationships, also improving retention. The conference was well attended by HR professionals and business leaders along with those passionate to build workplace culture.
