OMAHA, Neb., Aug. 21, 2026 – Lozier Corporation is pleased to announce Stephanie Gould has joined the company as Chief Talent and Process Officer. Gould brings a strong record of leadership in talent development, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, communication and leading organizations through complex change.
Throughout her career, Gould has focused on bringing people, processes, technology, and communication together to help organizations perform at their best. Her experience spans multiple industries and includes leadership roles with American National Bank, Midland University, OneWorld Community Health Centers, and Nebraska Medicine. In those roles, she led initiatives designed to strengthen workforce capabilities, improve operations, support organizational change, and align teams with strategic priorities.
Gould holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nebraska, with an emphasis in public relations, as well as a Master of Science degree from Clarkson College with a concentration in Business Leadership and Quality Management & Improvement. Her background includes service as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner, reflecting on her commitment to quality and organizational excellence.
Her professional leadership is complemented by a longstanding commitment to the community. Gould has served in volunteer and governance roles with organizations including the Urban League of Nebraska, Connected Roots Care Center, Opera Omaha, Omaha Community Playhouse, and the Women’s Fund of Omaha. Her community involvement reflects her passion for equity, education, arts and culture, and creating opportunities for children and families.
Gould joins Lozier Corporation at a meaningful point in its history. The company’s 70th anniversary represents decades of family ownership, manufacturing expertise, and commitment to its employees, customers, and community. Her experience in organizational transformation and talent development will support the company’s continued evolution while building on the values and foundation established over the past seven decades.
Gould and her husband, J.R., have two children, Jamie and Emma.
